MACHOS RESPONSE TO COVID-19
With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to maintain the safety of our customers and employees, including extra cleaning and extra care of our warehouse.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MACHO BOX?
The time to process and ship your order—currently can take up to 1-3 business days. If the order is placed after 4:00 pm EST will be processed next business day. We are working very hard to get your order on time
We are currently working with different carriers to serve you better.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER
Once the order is ready to ship out we create the label, you will be notify the carrier and tracking number.

I received a delivery attempt notice, what do I do now?
You can enter in the delivery notice number (it will start with “W” and is located on the bottom right hand side of your notice) into our tracking field on our website at www.canpar.com. It will provide you with the current status of your package and will provide you with the pickup location. If you require further explanation or assistance, you may contact our customer service at 1-800-387-9335 or click here to contact us.
Will I receive another delivery attempt the same day?
No, we will only make one attempt per day.
I just missed the driver and a delivery notice was left on my door, am I able to pick up my parcel now?
The package will be dropped at one of our pick up locations by our driver. Please use the delivery notice number (starts with a W) to track your package on our website. Once the package has been dropped off, the address information will be available to you online. The package will be dropped off within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please bring your delivery notice with you upon pickup.
DOES CHILES MACHOS OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
SI, we offer FREE Standard shipping for orders over $50 CAD. Your total must be $50 after the promotional discounts has been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CHILES MACHOS ACCEPT?
Canada, chilesmachos.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, Samsung pay, Interact debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google pay and interact only . Please note we do not accept banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
NO PROBLEMA! Chiles Machos will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, but we want you to be happy we will have an open window for 2 hour once we receive your order, please make sure to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive the confirmation of CANCELED ORDER.
IS IT POSSIBLE CHILES MACHOS CAN CANCELLED MY ORDER?
SI (YES)! We look carefully for the safety of CHILES MACHOS SQUAT. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order.
CAN I RETURN?
SI (YES) Amigo! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we provide refunds for products that are returned within 10 days of the order date.
Unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund,
All returned or exchanged items – unopened – must be returned in good condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We may require a photo or video of the product received to verify that it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns for items purchased through chilesmachos.com if you purchased a Chiles Machos product from a retail Partner, please contact that retailer directly.
ALLERGIES REACTIONS SAFETY
ARE CHILES MACHOS PRODUCTS SAFE IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
We suggest to consult with your doctor before trying our delicious products if you have any health concerns regarding food allergies or medical conditions. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to assist you.
CAN SPICES CAUSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS?
Spice allergies occur in up to 2 percent of the population. Most of the reactions patients have are not true allergic reactions (due to allergic antibody formation to the actual spice) and may represent non-allergic reactions consistent with “intolerances.” non-allergic reaction is likely to be self-limited or temporary (or in other words, ultimately resolving itself without treatment).
- Rash on the skin. Spices have properties that might cause temporary irritation on the skin
- Swelling of the lips. These types of reactions are often in peppers due to the capsicum. In essence, the allergy can cause a localized itch in the mouth.
- Cough due to inhalation. This type of reaction is likely due to an irritant effect, rather than a true allergy.
- Running nose. This type of reaction is likely due to the effect of the capsicum, rather than a true allergy.
- Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction). Although EXTREMLY RARE, anaphylaxis has been reported with some spices. These reactions are consistent with true allergy. Case reports have described these types of reactions with oregano, thyme, coriander, caraway seed, cumin and cayenne pepper.
- Getting capsicum near your eyes may even get you Itchy eyes, watery eyes, red eyes and sore eyes burning sensation as well as redness in your eyes.
- Seek medical attention if you feel you have had capsicum allergy before eat them
