Prepare Chorizo from raw just to be so difficult and you need so many ingredients, now is as easy to add water, vinegar and blend and is ready to use, we recommend to marinate Overnight your meat or vegies (Cauliflower).
Instructions:
Add 250ml of water and 60ml of white vinegar and blend for 10 seconds add the adobo to 4Lbs Medium Ground Pork (you can use Ground Chicken or for Vegans Cauliflower). In a large bowl, use your hands to mix the ground pork and the Adobo, fry the chorizo in a large skillet over medium heat add cooking oil, serve and obviously enjoy!
